Finally, Canada Express Entry Draw for all programs

June 08, 2020

IRCC finally held the recent draw on July 8 2020 for all programs under the express entry. This is the first al-program PR draw since March 4, ever since the pandemic COVID-19 affected nations around the world.

Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic affected the entire world, IRCC had seemingly paused the all-program draws under the Express Entry program for Canada Immigration. But on June 8 2020, IRCC finally held the most awaited draw inviting candidates to apply for Permanent Residence with no program specified.

Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to 3,900 candidates in the Express Entry pool, having a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 478. This score was 7 points higher than the previous draw held on March 4th, which had a minimum cut-off at 471. Eligible candidates under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program, Federal Skilled Trades (FST) Program, Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) would get 60 days to submit their applications in order to apply for Canada PR.
